Hard Work Does Not Make Hits (Learn from the Boy$ 'N Buck$)

They is a saying that wealthy people like to say, and i believe it also can apply to hip hop or music as a whole. And that is, "Hard work does not create wealth, wealth is created by connection". So in simple terms, going to the studio everyday or night, will not generate you a hit single, but going out and meeting new people might just be you ticket.

Now, when it comes to meeting new people, its important you know who you looking for. If you a rapper, its best to stay away from other rappers, build your connection around people who are doing other things beside rapping, eg.  build a strong bond with event promoters, Hip Hop Djs, Radio Djs, Fashion designers, bloggers and poets.

"The team that's did it right, if not better"
When Boyznbucks came up, everyone had their roll.

Linkaas - "Building a strong relationship with hip hop lovers who are not making music, but have skills to get your music out there". Final word, take a break from recording/beat-making, and just for one year, focus on building connection not fans. I think my next article should be "Connection Vs Fans (Know the difference)", what do you thing? leave me a comment bellow :-)
